However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or with a fault caused during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly offer:
• A replacement arrangement of the same value, or
• A resend of the same design at no additional cost
Please note:
• Items cannot be returned once delivered
• Exchanges are only offered for damaged or faulty items
• Damage caused after delivery or improper care is not covered
