We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping
• Delivery within 2–4 business days
• Available across the UK

Express Shipping
• Next business day delivery
• Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (midday) to qualify for express dispatch
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day

Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Choszen Florist is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier-related issues beyond our control.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can arrange a replacement in line with our Refund & Exchange Policy.
